The Jawaharlal Nehru Port is the largest and busiest port in India. It accounts for around 40% of all of India�s containerized ocean trade. The entire port is divided into smaller container terminals that are privately operated. Together the port has 2 kms of quay length and capacity to handle 2.4 million TEUs (containers) per annum.
